Thank you for posting this.
Looking at the stone piles 7:28 - 7:45, one wonders if this is part of ritual worship, it reminds of the very quintessential offering gratitude or worship in Jewish tradition - as in the final part of Schindler's List where the present day survivors of his people come with their families to his grave and place stones.
Looking at some of the comments below, one begins to suspect there is a strong attempt to sow division and hatred in India, even amongst various paths of worship that are completely Indian, and not brought in by looters and invaders. Such sowing seeds of division and hatred is the usual church tactic, for example the anti Semitic lies preached since Rome converted church and lied about the crucifixion, which led to the holocaust after centuries of persecution and more.
Of course, the posts pretending to be Jain could be fraudulent names, and it might be paki attempts to divide India over and over, or it could be all of the above. Our experience of a lifetime is of various fruends and colleagues who were Jain and joined us in temples, and we weren't stopped when visiting Jain shrines.
And the video clearly shows "The Jain Temple, Neminath Temple" 8:00 in caption as well as video shot, so there is no attempt by ANYBODY to claim that there isn't a Jain temple and place of worship and pilgrimage here, which implies there is no takeover or conversion, which is a silly accusation implied in the posts below.

Exclusion of others is more of abrahmic character, not Indian, in general. Jain, Sikh and Bauddha are free to limit themselves to their paths but aren't excluded from most shrines and temples of India. Such divisiveness was introduced by British as per Macaulay policy of dividing India and branding every possibke community as not Hindu, but really that's silly, since in India this wasn't the way, and diversity isn't division. Else Shiv Sena would be completely justified in throwing out non Marathi people and you are justifying khalistan, pakis, and much more.
This is not to say specific shrines of Jain, Sikh or Bauddha paths shouldn't exist, far from it, but only that wiping out everything else seems jinnah type beginning of a Permanent Purge state. Besides, even if say your saints did achieve their moksha in that place, no contradiction, why does that amount to existence of the Divine in any form in that spot? On the contrary it woukd seem that Shiva being Aadinaatha, it's only appropriate Divine in the place is in that form.
Mainstream India knows of Naatha Sampradaaya, of which Shiva was the first, and for example the eldest of siblings of Jnaaneshwara, who was named Nivrttinaatha, was one. This path is of ascetic renunciation, and fits quite well along Jain ways, even if it were not identical. Vaishnava and Shaakta are the other two major streams, and they have different character. Most mainstream India does not discriminate in reverence, even if people often might have individual preferences or family deities.
Claiming that Jain is older than Hindu is as much British lie as Aryan invasion crap. What little justification they might offer is archeological finds, but a culture that worshipped without images or buildings and did not bury but cremated bodies leaves less dead evidence for such reasoning, and reality of India is in the ancient heritage of her knowledge.
Visitors to the famous Shravanabelgola, including for the Mahaamastaabhisheka, are not limited to only Janis. Are you advocating a Mecca style barring of all others to spots claimed to be holy for Janis? Really, another partition?
No.
