Ever since 2014 when the UPA government of a decade of scams was toppled - and how! Rg was barely elected, with a mere 4,000 odd margin, over a newcomer in his family constituency! - the said newcomer to politics, Ms Smriti Irani has been attacked, viciously, politically and personally, by the opposition. This goes even more venomous on the internet, where bots hired by opposition carry on the attack, with fraudulent Indian sounding names, as they sit elsewhere.
The initial attack of course was by the other sibling who asked famously who this person was, which is highly ridiculous - or reprehensible, depending on the honesty of the question, since Ms Irani, as her married last name clearly shows, is wed into the same small community that the late PM Indira Gandhi was, at least as per official information - and so they might, in fact, be related!
As for questioning education credentials of those evidently as erudite and intelligent as PM Narendra Modi or minister Ms Irani, that's even more hypocrisy coming from those busy at feudal worship of the clan, where one great grandson of the late PM Jawaharlal Nehru is the first after him to possess a degree for certain, and not via some trick, but it's not the opposition leader, it's the cousin they pretend isn't part of those entitled to the dynasty cake that they think India is.

Are the degrees claimed by the son real, in that did he and not someone else do the work required? Certainly doesn't show in his speeches! How about the previous generation, did PM Indira Gandhi or her son the subsequent PM have any degrees, from anywhere? He worked as a pilot, but is said to have received education, not qualified with a degree. And this, for three generations post PM Jawaharlal Nehru, in his family, despite all the possible backing, financial, social, prestige, admissions everywhere just for asking! They only had to show having required qualifications.
Varun Gandhi, as a lawyer, is probably the most educated after his great grandfather.
And with what face, what chutzpah, do the opposition then question BJP, PM Narendra Modi, Ms Smriti Irani and others - having accepted for decades the Bihar CM couple? If the husband is in jail for Fiddler scam, wife is made CM by him, and neither can show a degree. Or speak properly.
The anchor did have exactly the innuendo in mind that the minister, Ms Smriti Irani, pointed out explicitly. Stop pretending. There are comments enough below the video abusing her explicitly.
And for all that, neither she nor any other minister of BJP, least of all the PM, have shown any deficiency in either public speeches or interviews or debates, of being either well infirmed or able to think and reply with erudition. Unlike the Sicilian family with axis DNA including possibly German, possibly SS, who Are always losers in any such event. As are most of their colleagues, including the educated and intelligent ones, simply because the whole of congress party is doing feudal, racist, slavish servitude to Sicilian scamsters.
